please follow these care guidelines:

• Hand wash only to prevent damage to the fibers and preserve the fabric's elasticity.
• Do not bleach to avoid discoloration or weakening of the material.
• Do not iron as heat can distort the fabric’s shape and texture.
• Do not dry clean as harsh chemicals may damage the fabric.
• Dry in the shade to protect the fabric from fading and sun damage.
• Lay to dry to maintain the garment's structure and shape.

Please note: Lotion, sunscreen, oil, and chlorine can cause discoloration of this item this is not considered a manufacturing defect. To maintain the quality and longevity of your swimwear, please follow the care instructions carefully. We recommend hand washing the item in lukewarm water without any chemical detergents and laying it flat to dry. For optimal color setting and personal hygiene, we also suggest washing the swimsuit before first use.

1. Delivery Terms

• Products will be delivered only after full payment has been received.
• Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the order process.
• Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, the customer will receive a confirmation via SMS and email.

2. Shipping Costs

• Domestic shipping within Israel is provided free of charge, except in cases of exchanges, returns or cancellations, in which a fee of 20 ILS per direction will apply.
• Customers may avoid shipping fees for exchanges/returns/cancellations by personally returning the product (by prior arrangement) to:
  22 Maskit Street, Herzliya Pituach Industrial Zone, Floor -1.
• International shipments will incur an additional charge, calculated at checkout based on destination.
• The website operator is for taxes, customs duties or any additional charges imposed by the destination country.

3. Delivery Execution

• Deliveries are made by an external shipping company.
• The of the shipping company will apply and be binding on the customer.

4. Delivery Times

• Deliveries within Israel will arrive within 3 business days from the order date.
• During promotions and/or end-of-season sales, delivery may take up to 7 business days or more.
• For , customers may contact customer service to inquire about expedited options.
• Clarification: A "business day" is defined as Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, official holidays and public holidays.

5. Responsibility for Delays

• The website operator is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company and will not compensate for late deliveries.
• The operator is also not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond control, including (but not limited to): Strikes, Shutdowns, Communication failures, Acts of hostility, Force majeure, Wars, terrorism, natural disasters or similar events.

6. Swimwear Returns and Exchanges

• Swimwear may only be returned or exchanged if the hygiene sticker is intact and undamaged.
• Per Ministry of Health guidelines any damage, removal or tearing of the hygiene sticker will void the right to return or exchange.
• The hygiene sticker is strong and durable and not easily removable, to ensure product hygiene.
