Before Placing an Order

  • Please review the size chart available on the website before placing your order.
  • Underwear or bikini bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with the law, if the hygiene sticker has been removed or damaged, or if the item has been used in any way.
  • Ensure the product is in its , and send a photo of the item when requesting an exchange or return.

Order Cancellation Before Shipping

  • An order can be canceled within one hour of placement, provided the item has not yet been shipped.

Order Cancellation After Receiving the Product

You may cancel an order for a Product purchased through the Services by providing written notice within 14 days following the
receipt of the Product to obtain a full refund, subject to the conditions herein.
The following conditions apply:

(i)If the Product has been damaged, opened, or used in any way,
the Company reserves the right to refuse the cancellation or exchange request.

(ii)Custom-made Products are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

(iii)You are responsible for the cost of returning the Product in accordance with our instructions.

Size Exchange or Product Replacement

  • You may exchange the size or return a product within 14 days of receiving it.
  • The item must be sent to our return address.
  • You may choose between a monetary refund or a credit voucher for use on our website.
  • Exchanges can be requested through our WhatsApp customer service or via the online form on the website.

Important Return Conditions

The item must be new, unused, and free of any signs of wear, such as perfume, creams, makeup, or stains.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
  • Items purchased during sales or end-of-season events can be exchanged or returned within 48 hours of receipt only.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Additional Information

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used (Google Pay / Apple Pay / Credit Card / PayPal).
  • No refunds will be issued for items that were not actually paid for.
  • Credit vouchers are valid for two years from the date of return.
